Tithi is a lawyer by training and graduated from KIIT School of Law, Bhubaneswar. She pursued her Master of Laws (Access to Justice) from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. Previously, she worked at the Centre for Communication Governance, National Law University Delhi (CCG) across academic research, policy input and capacity building on data protection, platform governance and emerging technologies. At CCG, her contributions strongly featured intersections in disability and technology, and she is keen on exploring pathways to inclusive Internet governance.
