Public Policy Team (Associate / Analyst / Senior Analyst)
We are looking for
Individuals who are keen to work at the intersection of policy, research, and advocacy. As part of the Public Policy team, you will contribute to research and analysis, support the development of evidence-based policy positions, and engage in shaping public discourse through writing and stakeholder engagement. You may also work on in-house research to build thought leadership on emerging policy issues and support initiatives that strengthen civic engagement and participatory governance, including through YLAC.
Qualifications required
- A degree in economics, law, public policy, political science, or related fields, or relevant experience in policy research, communications, journalism, or advocacy
- 1–2 years (Associate), 2–4 years (Analyst), or 4–6 years (Senior Analyst) of work experience
- Strong analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative)
- Ability to present ideas in a structured and insightful manner
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working in a dynamic environment and a willingness to learn
