Tejasi Panjiar is a Senior Analyst at The Quantum Hub, where she works on research and advocacy in technology policy. Her areas of focus include platform governance, data privacy, telecommunications regulation, artificial intelligence, and data governance. She is a 2025 Fellow of the Internet Society’s Early Career Fellowship, selected as part of a global cohort of 15.
Tejasi has previously worked with civil society organisations like the Internet Freedom Foundation and research institutions, contributing to policy advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and public-facing research on issues ranging from internet censorship to data protection and platform governance. Her writing has appeared in leading Indian and international publications, including The Hindu, The Indian Express, Tech Policy Press, The Wire, and Frontline Magazine, and spans policy analysis, explainers, discussion papers, and book reviews on technology regulation and rights-based internet governance.
Tejasi holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Jindal School of Government and Public Policy and co-founded the Feminist Economics and Policy Initiative, a student-led platform examining economic research through a gendered lens.
