Pallav is a public policy professional with an academic background in Development Studies from Jawaharlal Nehru University. He has served as a Mukherjee Fellow in the office of Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw, Hon’ble Minister for Railways, Information & Broadcasting, and Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India. In this role, he contributed to the Railways’ grievance redressal mechanism, stakeholder engagement, speechwriting, policy research, and the drafting of briefs.
During his undergraduate and postgraduate studies, Pallav worked on diverse projects spanning livelihoods, technology policy, climate issues, and public administration, collaborating with both state and central government institutions.
