Noyanika is a Manager at The Quantum Hub. She is a dual-qualified lawyer in India and New York, with experience across economic regulation and technology policy.
Previously, Noyanika was a Research Fellow at the Esya Centre, where she authored research reports on technology policy issues such as antitrust in digital markets, telecommunications law, copyright and broadcasting, and emerging technology regulation. Her work examined questions around data-antitrust overlaps, net neutrality, regulatory issues in the metaverse, regulation of OTT and online services and has engaged closely with Indian regulators and policymakers, including the Competition Commission of India.
Noyanika is a graduate of Gujarat National Law University and Columbia Law School. During her Masters, she focused on digital economy regulation, including cybersecurity, intermediary liability and freedom of speech under the First Amendment, and was a Research Assistant to Professor Anu Bradford. She also externed with a New York–based AI startup, Quantilope, on regulatory and policy issues.
She began her legal career at Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan, a tier-1 tax firm in India, where she worked as a Senior Associate on litigation and advisory matters spanning customs, international trade, and indirect taxation. Her work across legal practice, policy research and industry engagement has shaped her interest in contributing to regulatory and policy frameworks that balance innovation, competition, and public interest in the digital economy.
