Natasha Singh

Natasha Singh is a policy professional working at the intersection of digital governance, gender-inclusive policy, and parliamentary engagement. At TQH, her work brings together research, political economy analysis, and stakeholder engagement across areas such as data protection, platform regulation, and women’s political leadership. 

She has previously served as Lead for Governance and Policy Affairs to Dr. Amar Patnaik, a former Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha, where she worked on public health, technology policy, women’s empowerment, climate change, and multidimensional poverty. Natasha is a former LAMP Fellow and has been volunteering as a researcher with the Centre for Gender and Politics for over five years, with a focus on gender and politics in South Asia. She is also the Delhi Lead for Women in Safety and Ethics (WISE), a global community connecting women working on responsible AI across academia, civil society, policy, and industry.

Her professional experience also includes engagements with organizations such as Development Alternatives and Social Policy Research Foundation (SPRF), which have shaped her grounded understanding of India’s public policy and governance landscape. Natasha holds a degree in Political Science from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi.
