Madhulika Tripathy

Associate, Public Policy

Madhulika is a lawyer and public policy professional who graduated from the National Law University, Odisha. Prior to joining The Quantum Hub, she was a LAMP Fellow in the office of Shri Baijayant ‘Jay’ Panda, Member of Parliament from Kendrapara. In this role, she contributed to legislative research, parliamentary interventions, committee work, and stakeholder engagement. She also conceptualised and drafted two Private Members’ Bills on child online safety and the misuse of artificial intelligence.

During university, Madhulika gained experience across academia, litigation, legal research, and public policy through roles with academic institutions, courts, law firms, and research organisations. Her work focused on child rights and child protection, gender justice and domestic violence, technology regulation, constitutional and criminal law, and access to justice.

Madhulika’s interests lie at the intersection of law, technology, and public policy, with a particular focus on the governance of artificial intelligence, online safety, digital rights, and the protection of women and children.
