Kaustubh is an India-qualified lawyer with an Advanced LL.M. in European and

International Human Rights Law from Universiteit Leiden and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from

Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab. His work sits at the intersection of

international human rights law, public policy, and governance, with expertise in legal and

policy research and strategic advocacy.

Kaustubh worked across civil society and international organisations on legal and policy

research, UN advocacy, fundraising, and donor compliance. His experience includes

contributing to Universal Periodic Review submissions, developing evidence-based policy

and legal research, and supporting large-scale programmes through fundraising and

stakeholder engagement.

Outside work, he enjoys travelling, reading philosophy, and watching anime.
