Harshita’s work spans across behavioral science, gender and technology. At TQH, she works on digital public infrastructure and gender-related digital policy. She holds an MSc in Behavioural Economics from the University of Essex and is a Young India Fellow from Ashoka University.
Previously, she worked at the Atlas of Behaviour Change in Development (ABCD), where she applied behavioural insights to programmes in gender, WASH, and digital safety. Her research advocates for the need of updating India’s sexual education initiatives to include the concepts of consent and digital safety for adolescents.
She also worked in political research consulting, supporting policy and research for the Indian National Congress and contributing to the Women’s Declaration for the Telangana elections, which advanced social inclusion in education, mobility, and employment.
