Garima is a social policy researcher working at the intersection of research and practice to translate evidence into actionable policy solutions. At TQH, she works across portfolios on gender, labour participation, and the digital economy, contributing to research, stakeholder engagement, and inclusive policy design.

Garima’s experience spans research and advisory roles across international organisations and the broader development sector. As a research consultant with the World Bank and UN Women, she focused on women’s nutrition and mobility in Afghanistan. Previously, as a Research Manager at Purple Audacity, she led research projects on sexual and reproductive health and rights, migrant integration, and maternal and child nutrition in India, working with organisations including the India Health Action Trust, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), and the International Centre for Research on Women (ICRW).

Garima holds an MSc in Social Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science and an MA in Psychology from the University of Delhi. She brings analytical rigour, grounded research experience, and a strong commitment to social equity to her work at TQH.
