Ayanika is a Political Science graduate from the University of Calcutta. She has experience working for think tanks and firms like Maadhyam, Global Policy Insights and Sattva. More recently, Ayanika was a STEPP Fellow working in tandem with the office of Dr. Fauzia Khan, Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha and The Dialogue where she worked on several projects spanning tech policy, AI governance, gender and minority rights, education and environmental concerns.
Ayanika also has experience researching and drafting parliamentary interventions including legislation, questions, notices and resolutions. In her free time she enjoys reading, watching movies, taking short walks and quizzing.
