Aishani Jaiswal

Aishani Jaiswal is a public policy professional whose work focuses on governance at the intersection of technology and social inclusion. Her thematic experience spans technology policy, gender, and disability.

Prior to joining TQH, Aishani was a Consultant at Accelerate Indian Philanthropy, where she developed sector insights and strategic knowledge products to support high-impact philanthropy. She also served as a Banyan Impact Fellow at the American India Foundation, where she led the evaluation of public health capacity-building programmes. Her earlier experience includes work with Habitat for Humanity International on impact frameworks for housing interventions, and with Asian Confluence on initiatives supporting women entrepreneurs.

Aishani holds an Erasmus Mundus Master’s in Public Policy from Central European University and Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals and a BA (Hons) in Political Science from the University of Delhi.
