Aishani Jaiswal

Analyst, Public Policy

Aishani holds an Erasmus Mundus Master’s in Public Policy from Central European University and Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals and a BA (Hons) in Political Science from the University of Delhi. Her interests include health equity, evidence-based policymaking, and inclusive governance. Before joining TQH, Aishani was a Consultant at Accelerate Indian Philanthropy, developing sector insights and strategic knowledge products to guide high-impact philanthropy. She has also served as a Banyan Impact Fellow at the American India Foundation, leading the design and evaluation of HIV/AIDS training programs across the country.

Aishani has also worked with Habitat for Humanity International to build an impact indicator framework for housing interventions in Central and Eastern Europe, and with Asian Confluence on initiatives to support women entrepreneurs in Northeast India. In her free time, Aishani enjoys learning about marine habitats, spending time with her dogs and trying to befriend cats.
