The Quantum Hub
TQH is a Delhi-based organisation founded in 2017 to tackle India’s most complex public policy challenges. Conceived as a consulting firm, we set out to bridge a long-standing gap in the policy space – one historically occupied by think-tanks, law firms, and PR agencies. As India’s economy and social landscape evolve at breakneck speed, policymakers need dynamic, multidisciplinary expertise rooted in rigorous research and hands-on government experience. That’s why TQH was built: to unite trained policy professionals with advanced analytical skills and real-world know-how, delivering evidence-based research, advocacy, and strategic communications support.
Alongside client work, our in-house research agenda pushes the frontier of policy thinking, ensuring India’s decision makers harness the building blocks of change with every choice.
Why the name?
Just as a quantum is the smallest unit of change in physics, we treat each policy insight as a potent particle.
Each one meticulously tracked, collaboratively refined, and strategically positioned to ripple through the system and reshape entire sectors. But a single quantum is not enough; change needs a hub – where ideas, expertise, and people meet.
