Akshay is a lawyer with experience in advising clients on cross-border transactions, foreign investment, employment and regulatory issues in emerging sectors. A graduate of O.P. Jindal Global University, with a semester exchange at the Washington College of Law, his academic and professional journey has been shaped by a strong interest in the intersection of law, technology, markets, and public policy. His research has focused on digital regulation, including online gaming legislation, competition issues in digital payments, and evolving trends in technology governance. He has also been a part of the Digital Policy Fellowship at ESYA Centre.

Outside of work, Akshay is an avid quizzer and a sports buff. You will often find him at trivia nights or learning a new sport, if not hunting for his new favourite food joint!
