Sanskriti is a Cambridge-trained public policy researcher and engineer working at the intersection of technology, policy, and social impact. Her work focuses on Responsible AI and disability policy, combining qualitative methods, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communication to translate research into action. She was a Fellow at the Cambridge University AI Safety Hub and interned at Flint Global, London, where she worked on policy trade-offs of generative AI between the creative and technology sectors. Trained in environmental engineering at Delhi Technological University, her writings have appeared in The Hindu, Mint Lounge, The Print, and international disability journals. Over the past several years, Sanskriti has worked on disability inclusion and public policy initiatives such as the Accessible India Mission and Skill India Mission, contributed as a sign-language interpreter (including for India’s Prime Minister), and interned with NITI Aayog’s Development Monitoring & Evaluation Office on the SDG India Index Report.
