Karishma is a B.Com. graduate from Delhi University. Prior to joining TQH, she was associated with Fareportal India Pvt. Ltd. as a Team Lead in their Finance-Payroll department. Over the last few years, she has worked with various companies and managed their payroll processing, statutory compliance, settlements, validation of investment proofs and other activities related to TDS and payments.
At TQH, her focus areas include establishing and maintaining finance and administrative systems. She also looks after logistics for convenings and program implementation.
