Kashvi Verma

Kashvi is a Master’s graduate from Jawaharlal Nehru University, holding a degree in politics with specialisation in international studies. She pursued a semester abroad at Sciences Po, Paris which gave her the wherewithal to contextualise domestic policy in international frameworks and best practices. She also interned with the Ministry of External Affairs to augment an empirical understanding of the same. Prior to this, she was a LAMP Fellow in the cohort of 2022-23 where she worked with Dr. John Brittas, Hon’ble Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha.

As a LAMP, she supported Dr. Brittas’ office with research and drafting of parliamentary interventions including questions and bills on gender parity, data governance, telecom regulation, and fiscal federalism, to name a few. She has also worked as Research Associate with Policy Briefcase, analysing government policies and flagship schemes across sectors, such as Digital India, Make in India, Skill India Mission, among others. Kashvi holds a Bachelor’s in political science from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi where she was the President of the Debating Society and volunteered with the National Service Scheme. When she’s not working, you can find her reading for leisure or exploring new coffee roasts.
